Christy Phillips, PhD, is a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Psychology, Clemson Institute for Engaged Aging (IEA) Faculty Affiliate, and Clemson University School of Health Research Faculty Scholar. She is the co-director of the Study of Healthy Aging & Applied Research Programs (SHAARP) lab and has a broad background in promoting health across the lifespan. Her research and programmatic work are focused on understanding how to enhance functional abilities and well-being through evidence-based practices, education, and optimized environments.
